Discovery Kitchen in Schools
We work with groups from 4 – 400 from Early Years Foundation stage to KS4, providing exciting engaging events aimed at exploring our taste buds, developing our skills in the kitchen and using food as a tool for innovative learning.
Food is a fantastic way to explore many areas of the curriculum including numeracy, literacy, science, geography, history and religious studies. We have programmes designed to fit in with popular school topics so whether you’re studying The Chinese New Year, World Wars or Africa, we have an event to complement it.
For more information you can download our Teacher Information here, contact us or call 07830 215 020.
Discovery Kitchen is a great way to introduce your pupils to the joys of cooking whilst encouraging them to lead a healthy balanced lifestyle.
With links to many curriculum areas, we are able to deliver fun, engaging days with various positive outcomes.
